- All quotes are based on initial inspection and may be subject to change if additional damage is identified.
- We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work not included in the original quote.
- Prices include labour and materials unless otherwise stated.
3. Insurance Work
- We may liaise directly with your insurer to manage claims.
- Final approval and payment are subject to your insurer’s policies and decisions.
- Any excess or non-covered costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Repairs & Warranty
- We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for the lifetime of the repair.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear after repair.
- Paintwork is matched as closely as possible but may vary slightly due to age and condition of the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Collection
- Customers will be notified when the vehicle is ready for collection.
- Full payment (if applicable) must be made prior to or upon collection.
- Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time may incur storage fees.
6. Liability
While we take all reasonable care, Panelix Panel Beating is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not related to the repair work.
- Delays caused by parts availability, suppliers, or insurers.
- Loss or damage due to events beyond our control.
7. Cancellations
